Largely sparked by the pandemic of 2020. However, we still have a way to go. Since mental health is a huge aspect in our overall welfare, we all need to be aware of how to talk about it in a way that does not stigmatize and recognize symptoms so we are able to advocate for and/or seek help for ourselves or our loved ones who may be facing mental health challenges.
Focusing on our mental health, should not be isolated to those with a clinical diagnosis. Mental health should be top of mind for everyone. Having a strong mental state will improve your general wellbeing, which will help you lead a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life. Having a good mental state can also improve your physical wellbeing. Your sleep patterns will be improved, your energy levels and your moods improved
